Want to enjoy some fun for the mind, body and soul? This festival will have exciting Zumba instruction and dancing, information from experts for health problems like diabetes, obesity and dementia. There will even be a youth football camp put on by Dan Saleaumua for kids to participate in. The event is great for the whole family to have fun and workout while learning how to be healthy.
